Yes i believe its like 405 and you have access to get all the enchants from engineering allow they dont go along with the other enchants. But these enchants are alot better for pvp as you can see.

berserk+totens+flametongue weapon+Orc racial+some randon buffs and the most important ***Wsg flag carrier debuff*** 100% increased damage after approximately 15 minutes = 25k dmg. You can see that the 3 last spells was in Flag carriers
