  • i hate cops...but man i fucking hate REPORTERS!arrestem all!

  • haha, at :50 the officer on foot flinched hard when the horse turned its back towards him. That officer was sure he was about to get a hoof to the face - would've been nice.

  • Actually, a large area around them is advisable! If the horse knocked someone over because they were all crowded round it, who would get the blame?

  • @LegioXGemina Mounted units are required to keep training records detailing all hours the officer and the horse have. I am well aware of this because I am a mounted deputy. That horse nor that officer would be on duty had they both not completed (and continue) an international set of training standards. If someone is knocked down the officer ment for it to happen in 99 out of 100 cases. That being said, the chances of that person who was knocked down going to jail are very high.

  • @easi822 Of course the assaulted or injured person would go to jail, because the officer has to arrest you to justify what happened. We see it everyday. And typically the officer lies on his report and gets away with it unless the incident is captured on video. But I'm glad to see that you as an officer are at least willing to admit this happens.

  • I swear you make one comment on videos like this..all the crack pot anarchist and anti government dumb asses come out of the wood works.

  • "Whoever knowingly and willfully obstructs, resists, or interferes with a Federal law enforcement agent engaged in the performance of the protective functions authorized by this section or by section 1752 of this title shall be fined not more than $1,000 or imprisoned not more than one year, or both."

    18 U.S.C. § 1752 : US Code - Section 1752

The secret service don't play games with this bullshit, they should know better.

  • @csbob2010 you love stating laws to legitimize acts.

when a law is passed, then upheld that my put you in a lock up, will you still defend all things.

one day the US will have a tax on being a human living in the US(carbon tax).

will you pay it or defy it?

not paying the tax will have a Mexican or Canadian police officer arrest you(under N.American treaty) in the US.

will you then say that all must follow laws and enforcers?

first the free press and guns go, then all other freedoms will follow.

  • @theguyisinthailand The rights of the Secret Service isn't some new law. Its laid out into the Constitution. And if you actually use your fucking brain, which I doubt you do very often, you would realize that it makes complete sense. I don't even know why I bother attempting to explain shit to people like you. You all just bitch and moan about your 'rights' but have no fucking clue what rights you actually do have. Do you even know how government operates? Do you know what Rule of Law is?

  • @csbob2010

the Secret Service is not putting handcuffs on this guy.

the Federal Government is allowed a small peace for land called Washington DC(no where else)-

it's laid out in the Constitution.

do not think that when the police come to your home and you claim that you defended them.

that all along you said, all police actions are justified.

    will your cry be heard?

then ending up with all the rest of the public in a jail for those that did not comply.

are you one of them now or are you free?

  • I Would of Pushed Him Off The Horse No Matter The Consenquences!

  • @KoolKid5830 Really? Pretty sure he would jerk the reigns...spin that fucking horse around and send your dumbass skittering across the pavement. Then he would arrest you, and you would go to jail for assault on a police officer. Quit trying to act like a tough guy on YouTube, we all know you wouldn't do shit.

  • @csbob2010 Dude How The Fuck is he going to know that i'm going to hit him from the back.. dude you're fucken retarted you think imma just be in front of him and let him see me attack him? No One is acting tough but that fucken police officer, always thinking they can push people around. Oh Really? Just because you're scared of the police doesn't mean everyone is, have you seen bitch police men use excessive force when it's not needed? Not All Police men are that good.

  • @KoolKid5830 Well, I consider people who resort to assaulting police officers fucking scum who have no brain. Your like a fucking ape and all you understand is violence. Your even trying to take some sort of moral high ground against the 'oppressive' police, and then say your going to hit him in the back of the head off his horse. Good thing we don't have dumb asses like you making the rules, or we'd all be fucked. Go back to your bullshit anarchist forums and bitch somewhere else.

  • @csbob2010 @csbob2010 Dumb Ass If I Had No Brain I Wouldn't Be Doing So Good In School Dumb Fuck. I'm a fucking ape? Dude Humans use violence all the time, what are you saying that every human is a fucking ape? Dumb Ass even the police uses violence so for you to say that i only understand violence is retarted. Go kiss ass to the police and watch when you get fucked in the ass by them imma be laughing. And Dumb Asses like you are already making the rules..

  • @csbob2010 @csbob2010 @csbob2010 Dumb Ass If I Had No Brain I Wouldn't Be Doing So Good In School Dumb Fuck. I'm a fucking ape? Dude Humans use violence all the time, what are you saying that every human is a fucking ape? Dumb Ass even the police uses violence so for you to say that i only understand violence is retarted. • @KoolKid5830 Yea, you don't seem very bright.

  • @csbob2010 Cool you either.

  • @KoolKid5830 I can't tell if English isn't your first language or you just an illiterate dumb ass.

  • @csbob2010 Of Course how are you dumb ass? Can you hear me talk through the comments? No.

  • @KoolKid5830 So which one is it?

  • @csbob2010 I Don't know you, should tell Me Mr. Smartass?

  • @KoolKid5830 You might try, but I really doubt that you would push him off of the horse. There are manuvers that we learn for dealing with just such foolishness. You would look pretty ridiculous with a hoofprint on yout chest when you tried.

  • @easi822 Dude I've Had Martial Arts Training, I Doubt That A Deadly Push off That Horse Would End In Him Trying to Manuver It.

  • There is no reason to have horses in policing anymore.

  • @ChewbaccaFan2087 Mounted units are great for crowd control. And they don't really play games when mobs of people start fucking around near the white house.

  • @ChewbaccaFan2087 A single officer on horseback can control a crowd of 10-15 people. I am a mounted officer. I can see above the crowd and I can see down into a crowd where officers on foot can't. I can see when someone in the middle of a crowd pulls you to the ground and starts to rob or beat you. I can push that crowd out of the way and make my way to you to assist you. I have done that very thing many times during events such as Mardi Gras and major sporting events.

  • Stun guns work on horses too.

  • you need the audio asshole so all i see is the cops doing the right thing

  • *Yesterdays view* Guess what tomorrow is? Party at my house!"

  • Comment removed

  • The thing that's dumb is that cop can charge at people on that horse but if anyone gets run over and hurt it's that persons fault and not the cop, and knowing our "fair" judicial system the person being run over will most likely get charged with something ridiculous.

  • This isn't an abuse of power, it's called CROWD CONTROL.

  • Kudos to the officer for getting the reporters away. And kudos to the horse too:)

  • title should be: mounted horse threatens Reporters near White House

  • I'll be it's a dick on a horse.

  • @resistance741 I'll be, it's a dick behind a keyboard.

  • @02DodgeViper O God, please tell me you not a pig. Are you a fat ass piggy ?

  • @resistance741 Was that the best you could come up with? No, I'm not a Police Officer.

  • are you a freemason?

  • You just got to love them horses. There more effective then just a cop on the ground

  • Spray some wolf piss on the sidewalk and see how the horse reacts.

  • @TheRantingCabbie well if there trained right. Tell just back up and look around. If no danger then there fine.

  • Intimidation as exercised by police officers isn't illegal and is actually why they have mounted units, a giant, heavy animal with a gun toting guy on top is scary! lol

  • Audio?? The duty of mounted units is to keep others away while other officers are effecting an arrest in this situation. Your video has no audio. Looks to me like the mounted officer is doing EXACTLY what he is supposed to do. Protect the ground unit by keeping everyone else back while an arrest is being made.

  • @easi822 You're expecting too much for a bunch of hippies to comprehend :-) Some people define a "police state" as "a state in which police don't let me have my way all the time." Therefore, anytime the police are doing their job, they pull the police state card.

  • @easi822 "Protect the ground unit by keeping everyone else back"? Protect them what? Being photographed by a reporter?

  • @easi822

And scare the shit out of people, if necessary.

  • @easi822 lol i think you sjhould go live in nazi germany

  • @easi822 good 2 see theirs still some smart people left in the world

  • @easi822 no? he should verbally warn them. what if something spooked the horse and it trampled someone?

  • @easi822 yeah like they were gonna stop the arrest by taking pictures come in with a horse pushing people like sheep. and he´s an iraq war veteran i think thats enough said, people are fed up.

  • @easi822 protect them from what? people with cameras are a threat how?

  • HONOR YOUR JURY SERVICE. As jurors we citizens must judge the law, as well as the defendant. We have the duty to acquit anyone who's being tried for breaking an unconstitutional law.

  • As jurors you must follow the laws as the judge gives it to you, and only decide if those laws have been broken by the defendant.

  • Jurors have the sacred duty to apply the law, or not, as they see fit. If a man disregards a sign that says NO SWIMMING is he guilty of committing a crime and/or breaking the law? Maybe. According to your comment he's guilty. If his purpose for swimming was to rescue a drowning child should he still be adjudged guilty?

  • the description says, "See U.S. citizens rights being violated repeatedly in this shocking video"

    where?

title says, "Mounted Police Threaten Reporters near White House"

    i hear no threats.

what's the agenda of this video?

  • How do we know it was "whynotnews"? It could have been something with the camera, or whoever they might have gotten it from....

Don't be so quick to kick an a**, lest your's be kicked instead.

  • Nice looking horse.

  • Kind of hard to hear threats when the video has no sound.

  • I must have went temporarily deaf, because I heard no threats.

But I did observe three crimes at the fault of the news reporters, including f**king WHYNotNews.

    Obstruction of Justice...

    Insubordination...

    Civil Disobediance..

  • Joe, how could you POSSIBLY glean those offenses from this video - unless you're one of those who blindly takes a side (in this case, the side of the police)?

  • If you consider that argument, then none of us know what happened, therefor we all are blindly taking a side because the stupid WHYNotNews decided that sound was completely unnecessary here. I guess there was something that they didn't want us to hear.

  • It looks like he was doing his job.

  • canada is not much better trust me!

  • Canada is worse, on all accounts. I heard the Toronto Police swagger around like Gestapo.

What about the poor Polish tourist at Vancouver airport who got tazered to death after being held for 4 days incommunicado for no reason?

Police in former communist countries in Central Europe have more limitations on their power and citizens are more protected from the state than in the US, Canada or even some countries in W Europe.

  • I totaly agree with you on that one!Canadian police is the most brutal police force there is! in every point you are right!

  • Listen to all the lefties here. Joke.

  • Obviously they were doing something wrong or defied legitimate instructions from the authorities as is usually the case with protestors. Don't mess around near the White House - you'll understandably get your butt kicked. Zero tolerance for borderline behavior.

  • they didn't do anything wrong, fuck, people just lay down now for police, you have a right to protest, to have dissent.

  • that man at 2 seconds is an iraqi vetern!! so this is how they treat their war heroes?!??!!? wtf is this!?!? now im fuckin pissed! something needs to be done about this govenrment! so thing big is going to happen soon, i can feel it!!!!!!

  • Dumb question, but is there any sound w/this video, correct? I don't get any audio when I play it.

  • Cops are going crazy folks. They're getting their orders from on high to be swift and brutal. Worry about repercussions later. Most of the charges from these arrests are being dismissed but the damage has been done--intimidation, and many times physical harm. People need to start pressing charges.

  • Alot cops are bullies and have psychological problems stemming from their childhood. It' not their fault. They should be in treatment.

  • I wonder if all mounted police are trained to treat people like that...

  • Yes, they are. It's common procedure for police to use their horses to intimidate people during protests.

The police just act as a barrier between the rich and the poor, between the propertied class and the working class. As Noam Chomsky put it, they protect "the opulence of the minority against the tyranny of the majority".

  • we need to put a magnifying glass on this technique...on the training procedures, and orders, and commands...
