I know this is an old video, and chances of my comment being read are about nil, but this post has nothing to do with politics..shame on those of you who used an interesting bit of back story to drag in your political opinions.
Stop battling over Walt Disney's political beliefs. Walt wanted to have as little to do with government as possible because it got in the way of him progressing with his projects. That's why he petitioned the Florida government to create the Reedy Creek Improvement District when Disney World was being planned, so he wouldn't be so restricted by government.
Yes. However, there are a few things that you must know.
1. Walt Disney contribued to the Public and This country's economy through what he did.
2. Unlike you or I, Walt Disney did not have to deal with selfish politicians who only wanted to serve themselves and then come on his TV and ask Walt to vote for them.
3. Walt Disney himself did not have to deal with Conservative Politicians hoaxing Special Intrest Groups into using Obese People to take away Restaurants` Disney Parks Sponserships as a means to try to pick their way out of funding a more affordable health care insurance plan.
Case in Point, We American Citizens gave a care about each other back then at some degree, Reguardless of what we believed. Please bring those times back. That's all.
Alright, this is getting ridiculous. People, please keep politics out of the comments of this video. Obama's president, therefore, he belongs in the Hall of Presidents with the rest of the presidents. Enough said.
I'd just like every body to know that at the present time there is no such thing as holigrams. As close as anybody has ever come is a variation of a very old illusion called Sgt. Pepper's ghost. As far as a free standing light sculptureis concerned it is impossible to create. So I just had to laugh when President Obama asked if they were holigrams.
Obama is a disgrace to this country. He is a naked marxist-lenninist and wants to give out free health care and hand outs which are completey opposite to what Walt Disney believed in.
Ok, but also add these things that Walt Disney was about.
Walt Disney was not about calling an American President who's policies that he did not like a marxist-lennist. As for free health care?, President Obama is giving out prepaid insured health care. Unlike Today's Self Appointed Republican Generation of Politicians, Walt Disney made money off making something that gives to something or someone other than himself.
He NEVER acted like Today's Self Appointed, Self Righteous, Sometimes Racist, Discriminatory, Moneyworshipping Blind Bank robbing Generation of Republican Politicians who use Pick and Choose Christianity and Constitution to ask us for a
President Obama believes in Public Service, just like Walt Disney did through His Works.
But How do you expect President Obama to be any kind of a successful Public Serving President when A. He is being told NO Majority of the time by a Number of Politicians in Congress, B. He is being discriminated in ALL forms by Politicians and people like you, C. President Obama keeps talking to rockheads, as in those opposing politicians in congress?
Oh, I forgot. It must feel good to Conservatives to personally, pick and choose religiously, and racially attack President Obama simply because He is a Brown Skinned Man that is President that is a DEMOCRAT.
Conservatives of the great beyond, I`ve got it all figured out.

Disney World is a place where you can see that dreams can come true if you work hard and chase them down until they do. Obama is in opposition to this, and wishes to hand out things like health care instead of letting the American people see the true value of them and work hard for it.
Ok, If Walt Disney was conservative, at least he is not a psycho claiming that nobody but the highest and mightiest among us should have easier access to affordable and prepaid insured health care. Walt Disney benefited off creating jobs and materials here in America to add on to America's economy. The Republicans are against that.
The Republicans are about Creating American Jobs in Other Countries Outside of America. What a Difference between Back then and Today, ah?

I don't quite get how a politician with children managed to skip the Hall of Presidents on his WDW trips. I was kinda floored by his not knowing the attraction. Still, it is becoming incredibly tiring to read comments about his not belonging at Disney. Regardless of your political beliefs, Walt's dream was to add every president this country had so the legacy lives on now with Obama.
Your right, I'll rephrase my comment, i WISH he had nothing to do with disney, i also wish that he wasnt spending my soon-to-be grandchildren's money.

I don't quite get how a politician with children managed to skip the Hall of Presidents on his WDW trips. I was kinda floored by his not knowing the attraction.
