hi, i have stoped on part 3 where i must move " YOU", but i dont know how to do that wright, it moves wrong in another direction. Can you say how? ))

When I move the Null object it moves my whole background and it goes from blue to blank.

How do I stop that?

I have to use the "Hand Tool" to move the camera? what do i need to do?

Make sure you parented the camera to the null object!

the 3d camera effect is used on the movie 300 a lot , at the end when credits are rolling

so this is how they make that 3d effect in matrix1 when everyone on the streets walking and he looks at the woman in the red dress then everything stops but they keep talking even when the people are like freezed

no i dont think so... thats greenscreen. they freeze the first video and put the unfreezed footage (greenscreened) on top
