  • I must have cranked this song a million times driving around Virginia Beach back when I was in the Navy.

  • @trekrider100 hey you and i have something in common:I was a Marine stationed at Camp Pendleton and like you, i had this song blasting in my 1974 mustang. that was in 89.

  • todays music and so called artist..j-ho,rihanna,bruno spoiled put 2gether mars, from repetitive rap songs that all sound the same to cheesy so called pop songs which consists mostly on beats rather than vocals that make sense and wannabe rock bands that u never fckn heard of can all eat shit!!!! 80's music and the most of the real artist of that time is and always will be the best!!! you remember that next time u hear the 2000 and up fake "singers" of today.

  • Where's this remix from? Got the album version and this is definately different. Good, but different.

  • i hate winger . i love reb. and i do like this song. and i do like 17 but thats it

  • it's just not fair that I can't see you anymore - Winger at the 80's

  • thats party music i feel love in the air when i play alot of 80s music it just fuckin awesome

  • What a great song. Shows how much better would it have been if it had not been "beau hill"ed to death.

  • This disc was the soundtrack to the very messy breakup I was going through

at the time. The power of music... kind of gives me the creeps.

  • If this album had been released just a year earlier it would have gotten massive

airplay and justice would have prevailed... regardless of how uncomfortable

some people were with the possibility that Kip Winger was getting laid far more frequently than they. Thanks for posting this demo.

  • Great song but the album version is better.

  • this actually is the demo version of this song!

  • gracias por darnos esta pagina y poder ver videos

  • 1989 Needs to COME BACK!

  • I liked this song better when it was first written by Van Halen and called "Unchained"

  • @HurricaneTBag Yeah it is pretty much the same, 6th string on D and pretty much everything on D

  • yes i miss the 80's and the good song back then

  • Probably my favorite from winger !

  • It's a shame that Winger were dismissed as a pretty boy band. They've got more talent than today's rock bands. Kip's an amazing vocalist & Reb Beach was an underrated lead guitarist.

  • @Lookin2Cool It sucks!

  • Comment removed

  • @Lookin2Cool Yeah, I guessed they were just mixed in with the whole bunch of 80's metal fever bands back then, however those great few bands still sound great

  • @rfd73 You got that right.

  • @rfd73 You got that right.

  • Ah, if I only could go back all those years ago when this album first came out. I remember seeing them in a very small club called Obsessions in Randolph NJ. They were so good. MUSIC was good then. I'm getting older.

  • How come they recorded the album version in a LOWER key?? Kip totally nails the vocals here, I love @0:33 - the higher, the better!!

  • Kind of reminds me of "Unchained" by Van Halen. This song should have been one of their biggest hits.It just flat out ROCKS!!

  • 80's ROCK will never die!

    Awesome song!

  • @168charger Just like my neighbor!

  • This song kicks! Love the guitar in it, Reb Beach is a total bad ass!! My favorite of the band!!

  • I'm hangin' on

  • Kip Winger's vocals are insane here! :D

  • Oh...Yesterday i discovered this Winger's song..

Oh my God of Hard Rock...THIS IS SO FUCKING AMAZING.

    I absolutely love Winger.^^

    Rock on.

    Keep it up

\m/ STAY HAIR METAL AND HARD ROCK \m/

  • It's not album version but I don't got a clue where it's from.

  • @pitermasterek

Ahh, it's probably from demo anthology released in 2007.

  • @pitermasterek it was actually released first on The Very Best of Winger album as a bonus track lol my bad

  • I would like to have about a 4 hour video of every song...

  • Instant deboner!

  • te amo kip eres el mejor i love you

  • the beginning sounds like van halen.

  • UNDERRATED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • anyone know what the graphic represents on the album cover or is it just some weird design? could'nt find anything about the artwork online :(

  • Beavis and Butthead: AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

  • why is barely most of there songs uploaded what is it wmg nazi fucks?

  • I always wondered why they never tried to make a video for this song! It rocks!

  • the album version is better

  • This song definitely rocks!!!!

  • WINGER!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • kip posed for playgirl!!! man hes so adorable!! i love when he makes that face in seventeen when he's saying "from the corner of my eye"!!!

  • I like Kip's vocal on this one better than the studio version, he's just going crazy here!

  • this is the studio version...

  • no you're right, this is not the studio version...that's the fate of the art right there...

  • very cool song...it actually has a certain keel-eeling to it...the riffs...the vocal lines and melodies...just very cool hardrock, gotta love it :)

  • I'm so sad that it's Greece and not my back yard...

  • my second best after seventeen...can't wait seing them in greece....

  • yes,im only seventeen¡¡

  • mmmmmm love this song!

  • Awesome! The demo anthology is awesome!

  • is this a demo? or live?

  • its from their new demo anthology album

  • Cool Post, but......sounds weird. just too used to the original, and Kip sang this quite different. although, he hit some nice notes in this version.

prefer the "original" cool tune though huh?

    thanks.

  • the guitar solo's by reb in songs like madelaine is seventeen are toned down so much in their debut album, in the demos they're like a whole minute long and insaaaane

  • This is not the original recording on Heart of the Young. Anyone know what record this is off of?

  • This is their self titled album.

  • its from the demo anthology album that just came out

  • Great Song!

  • sounds like it might be the demo for the album, its not quite as good as the album version

  • This is the demo.

  • Wish I could find the tab for this song.

  • theres a lot of effect on the intro

  • Yeah it's pretty heavy on effects.

  • Google "the powertab dungeon", you need either powertabs o guitarpro tough

  • f'n great tune from winger

  • My favorite Winger song. The intro sounds almost exactly like the riff from Van Halen's "Change" if you listen.

  • For some reason the vocals are different in this than the version I have. A great song though.
