J-rich usually grabs the ball near his mid-section and doesn't have the same ball movement.

desmond mason is one of the most underrated (if not THE ...) dunker in the game. plus he gives you 150% each night - a player you totally need on a team, even thoug it doesnt always show up in the stats. always have been a huge desmond mason fan.

Both, and remember he dunked with his left hand, but he is right-handed. And look how high he jumped. He could dunks look spectacular, for example a 2-handed windmill, it looks natural, finesse, he was just spectacular.

all that that woutakasinistra said plus the fact that if you pause between :44 - :45, you're sure he's going to just pull a regular right handed dunk. His right hand is almost extended and the ball is above his head. And then, while he's in the air, he takes the ball down from above his head, between his legs, and can bring it up to the rim and dunk it. A lot of guys can do a between the legs dunk, but very few can do it starting with the ball where he had it.
