I left the company almost two years ago 'to pursue other interests'. I was given the seasonal manager position and it was taken away after I was refused ample time to carry out the work. Instead, they wanted me to run the cafe, and be front end assistance. The day I left was the happiest day of my life. In the past two years, my old store has lost most of its best associates and managers because of it's self-destructive backwards company policies, and pushy sales tactics.
