I couldn't understand the elderly man very well; it sounded like someone else was talking at the same time. I did hear him mention that they paid $800 a month in health care costs. Yet, Sen. Edwards was respectful and gave his word to help these people with health care issues. I thought he was superb.
Gotta love this guy. It's heartening to see that older people, who tend to vote Republican, can see that the system the Republicans have been touting as "the best in the world" just doesn't work for ordinary people.
Good vid! True Fact! Need to find a positive way to make the insurance work for us. People would not mind paying something, but when it destroys you it is bad. Plus, HMO's don't work. So there has to be a real look at this. I have had this wonderful experience too!
