@21scastillo Did you find the right wires? As long as you have the 2006-2011 North American Civic, this should work. Did you try reversing polarity of your lights? Did you put the fuse back? Also, are you sure your lights will work on 12-14 volts? Those are the only things I can think of. Just be sure whatever you've done so far isn't messing around with other systems. Another thing is to check to see that the dome lights still works--the Scotch locks might not have worked.
The way I wired it will not work on its own. I've yet to put the other step on YouTube, but I should be able to with winter break. I have a second set of lights that are always on whenever the ignition is on, and I used a fuse tap for that, using the radio fuse. I think it would be harder to tap the headlights, but maybe not. If you use a fuse tap, then there's no necessary removal of any panels and it's quite simple. I'll post another video and it should make more sense.
@edisonphono1 All went good I've put in lights for Front and back as it turns out the UK Civics's wiring doesn't resemble the US one's at all.
I had a few glithces along the way, I managed to blow the Fuse for my Glass Roof's Sun Visor and disable the sensor on the steering for the powere steering. Got it all sorted in the end though :)
@Rabubi01 I'm glad you like the video! Let us know how your install worked out. Mine is still working strong. Just be careful not to short any wires - it should just blow the fuse, but make sure all your connections are good before replacing the fuse.
class..brilliant..congratulations

Excelent How To video with good illustrations Thanks... I'll be attempting to fit a set in my Civic this weekend. Just bought 4 LED strips to fit.
