What would you do to reduce dropout rates nationwide?

I think there should be equal effort to try and solve both those kids who are in danger or have recently dropped or (even been) pushed out of high school and those of students who have already dropped out and who are older than 18 years. I admit its not an easy thing to solve and everyone's reasons for this happening are different, which I think will determine what should be done. Everyone's situation should be taken into account and solved from that point.
