FUCK you....do you can imagine how many people ca be out of job when they will just paste one truppetist over and over?....:D:D:D im just kidding you are awesome:) one man band,,,,,hellya
I'm 15 and play Trumpet too, and I've got to say, you sound pretty good. Hooking me up with Sheet Music would be very much appreciated. You sir, have earned a Subcription :)
You are amazing and awsome and that was great and WOW. im a viola player (ikr ew an orchestra kid) well XP im not a hater of band. I would love to play this song and i might get to. but you inspired me to want to. You are an amazing trumpet player (not sure what you guys are called) Plus u r adorable.
youre very good and your sound is good but there is one problem i see is that on some notes your moving youre head not only does it look more proffessinal when you stop moving it also allows you to play better
Im sensing a few synchronization issues? Or maybe it's just me. But anyways, ur a beastly trumpet player, and props for making such awesome covers and videos.
So I'm a fan on facebook, but I don't see any music? My friends and I are looking for some good music to play, and this sounds wonderful! If you could email me, that would be wonderful!
As a former trumpet player in the band I have enjoyed your music. Great job! I really liked your "Thats a Plenty" rendition. Keep up the good work and may God Bless.
@Girrocks49 No, I am using the same mouthpiece for all the parts. The bass you hear is a trumpet pitched down an octave on the computer. Thanks for watching!
@TheBig5Brass no offense but the bass you played could have been exucuted way better on a trombone or a baritone... but I'm assumning you dont own one, so great job!
@TheBig5Brass Dam im using a king Strad its ok but i like the bach 10000x better. We were going to paly this for our MS graduation but now we are playing Celtic Air and dance... I HATE THAT DAM SONG but w/e cant change the teachers mind
No he did it with his computer, you just play it with your trumpet and the part you want to sound like a trombone you pitch down 12 semitones or half steps, with a tuba you go down 24 half steps or 2 octaves. I think 2 octaves is about all the lower you can take it before the sound breaks up. If you try to take it up an octave it dosn't even sound like a brass instrument.
Your pretty goodd =] I'm about grade 7 level, andd i was gonna do the pirates of the carribean music sheet that's on here that someone uploaded for brass quintet, andd i was wondering, since you can play a high D i'm guessing, like above the staves, what fingers is it for high D? is it 1?
@TheBig5Brass When you bush on your valves make sure you put your finger TIPS on the top so your valves don't bend and begin to stick! your too good to have to deal with that problem! AWESOME JOB!
AWESOME!!!! I love this theme and have been thinking of making a multitrack cover of it as well. Your video definitely motivated me to go for it. Thanks, and keep up the awesome work! 5*
Only comment I would have would be tighten it up a bit. When you record this kind of stuff you MUST be super strict about tempo or it gets sloppy fast. Working on this aspect of recording multi-track stuff will do wonders for your attack consistency and stylistic consistency.
Hey, thanks for the advice....usually I try to do my videos one take per part because it's hard for me to get a lot of free time for "fun" playing. So I try to keep it fun.
Took a couple hours of arranging that I spread out over like 3 days as I got bored, the recording only took like a half hour, I just settled for the first or second take on all parts...
Your multitracks never stop to amaze me! They are a welcome change to a cappella and guitar songs.
And it's great how well that pitching down thing works for a trumpet. A singing voice usually sounds very artificial even when pitching it down by just a few semi-steps. One and two octaves - that's huge! But it works (at least for me, being someone how does not really know how a trombone/tuba is supposed to sound).
