Nice vid. I am really new to railfanning and I see a lot of "Alco" comments and SD40-90 comments. My question is this. How do you guys know what loco is what? All of the 'flare radiators' look a lot alike. I can almost distinguish a SD80MAC or a SD 90MAC by their size but other than that. I have no clue.

If you can tell a 80MAC from a 90, the rest should be easy cheese. The easiest way is to look under the number on the cabside. Thanks for the comment.

well it's good to see that no one in Monticello has grown any brains since I was last down there. not one but two cross in front of an oncoming train? all I can say is you can't fix stupid. Great vid!!

Yep, i was wondering if i was going to see a collision. Even if its a 15mph train, 10 seconds is way too close for comfort. Thanks for the comment.
