She's hasn't had mental traction in years. Her most recent convictions/probation (for assaulting her "partner" with mace) prevent her from frequenting bars or boozing to feed her alcoholism, so she's probably not getting lucky either. Her only remaining joys are threatening kids and small animals and suing the officials who arrest, prosecute and sentence her when she assaults others. She's just a few years (months?) from sleeping in the park and grumbling at passers by from under an old blanket.
