B&G Plumbing came and put a temporary fix on the cracked and missing grouting where it was allowing water to seep and pool and run to the ceiling BELOW, just like I had been telling these stubborn asses. The plumber knew all about it as the husband here had contracted him to come see about the screwed up boiler (that's nice timing, considering it just "BLEW" right after and your homeowner's paid for it) last summer and had him look at the SAME LEAK. Plumber told him the same thing...REPLACE IT!

There has been an update. I did receive an email this NOON from the owners. it informed me they would be stopping by sometime tomorrow, as yet to be specified by any type of communication. I responded that I was available between 3 and 5 pm and any time Tuesday for an assessment and to schedule the repairs at least 24 to 48 hours out. I also informed them that I would be filming EVERYTHING that happens in this house from now on until I have to leave it. No response as of this time today.

There's still no reply in any of our emails about this leak. It's Sunday. it's late. I'm taking that shower, as I have a clinic at noon tomorrow in Marquette? Wonder if i will get a 24 hour request after they see this to assess the leak and find a solution to fix it? TODAY? EIGHT days after the first EMAIL notification, pictures emailed with dates showing the water and rust and then 3 More notifications, the last of which is THIS...WOW. I get stubborn. I don't get DENIAL this deep. Really.
