Was that a malfunction at the end? You see the pilot chute but then a few seconds later he seems to pull the reserve.

If you look closer, the PC is just flapping, it should go straight up.
I impacted with another skydiver (at 4:37), and my theory is that it opened my container (I was hit hard).
Anuway, the pilot chute got tangled with canopy lines (so somehow the containew WAS open), and could not clear.
That is the reason for the cutaway at full speed.
