The Spirit of truth better known as the Holy Ghost is troubling to non member, apostates, and atheists. They fight what they do not understand. I for one understand and know that all things greaters than what we see with our naked eyes exist in the heavens above. Atheists and those that fight against the Gospel of Jesus Christ will soon be sorry for all they have done.
Does the state government's acceptance of the LDS church's corporate name of "Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints", mean that the state government recognizes and grants to each of the members of this church the title of nobility of "Latter Day Saint" that means a living human saint of today ? And if so, is this unconstitutional ?
It's kinda funny that the info box says that ex-mormons experience CD, yet It could better be summed up by saying that ALL who have lost there faith have experienced this...exchristian......org
I think all religious people experience cog-dis, I sure did a lot in my 25 years of being Mormon. The only ones who ADMIT it are those who realize it's all baloney.
It is all boloney. CD actually hurts lol But you get over. I'm just thankful for the internet....it has revolutionized how we access information. It is the nail in the coffin when it comes to religion.
Agreed. It does hurt. And what we Mormons are brainwashed to believe is that the pain is the absense of the HOly Ghost thus what you are thinking/feeling is wrong so go back to believing that which is improbable based on available evidence and common sense. It's tragic that we could believe in a perfect God and then ascribe such unfairness to him. Believe blindly and be saved. Use your brain and worship Satan. All bullshit. If God is there. No one really knows him. Yet.
On the contrary, cog dis is probably far more manifasted in believers who can't reconcile their belief with scientific and historical facts. Reality really is a bitch.
I am finding that the wrestle if it must occur, should be with God, and not with man. With God, you will always get a fair fight, and it is rarely to the death. Matthew 10:28
And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.
Do I trust that God is there at all? Do I trust that the Bible is from God at all? No and No. If not then how can I trust that the things written in the Bible are true or have worth? And yet the things of the Bible affect me whether I believe in them or not, whether I believe in there being a God or not? Thus, I'm in flux.
Wendy Ulrich gave up her practice as a psychiatrist to defend her faith.
It is dishonest of you to pretend that she still mainly identifies herself with any scientific discipline.
Wendy chose between her faith and the truth - and has been honest about turning her back on science.
You should be that honest.
