This is some great advice! I have not always put my best effort forward. I do a little and then stop! I have never put the pedal to the floor. This is what I need to do but it is hard once you reach a certain age and have all these responsibilities! Then you waste most of your time daydreaming! Great article man! I love it. Very inspiring!

good advice my dude. its jus man when i write my verses and i hear my guys verses, it seems like im missin somethin.. i feel like im limiting myself on what i can say becus of the structure i format and not even knowing how to expand my lyrics or vocab.. my guys have the metaphors and is able to expand when all i seem to focus on is rhyming.. i nedd with that.. any suggestions??

@deyon1 It depends on the individual. I used to write and scratch out and scratch out and write. Then i realized that the person that was doing the writing was my thinking and not my writer. Don't focus on the content so much....People hear what your saying before they see what your saying. Man have fun wit it.... Music is a sport. Have fun with it.... You'll get more done that way.
