well you could use my mail in service and i could add leds for $10..

you can find it on my site.. (link in the sidebar)

there are 5v available to use in the hdd.. so depending on the type and color leds you would need a resistor.. and there are difrent ways you can wire them.. you can have it always on (when 360 is on) , as a "status" led, or both..

no not exactly.. there are however 12v mods people do to their fan which makes it louder but on the other hand it makes it run a lot cooler..
