The picture shows a 'spacer' or '45 adaptor' which is a little piece of plastic that you put on an old 45 record in order to play it on a conventional turntable (old 45's have a big hole in the middle!)

I'm guessing the guys at Stereo Sound Agency took this as their logo cos it's kinda cool and has a link to hip-hop/turntablism.. I don't think there is any connection to Dilla except that it happened to be sitting on top of an MPC :-)
