Lol. Thiis guyy iis funnyy.. I just bought thiis car (2011 gsr) the seatss are confortablee.. the enginee is amaziing.. and the all wheel driivee iiss. Evenn betterr... I droovee iit forr about 3 hours all over the city.. and my backk did hurt a biit.. but who caress thiss car is totally worth iit.. people turn to look at the car from all directions..:))  hope thiis review helpss

I honestly can say that the lancer evo is one of or the best rally car today. The evo ten produces over 400 horse power from a 2L turbocharged car. Simply awesome

@josh98303 That's the FQ-400. If you're talking about bolt-ons and a good tune, it'll reach 400hp, but doubt it'll be to the wheels unless meth or E85 is involved and a high reading dyno.

Of course he rags on it. Consumer Reports is not a performance establishment like Top Gear, or even magazines. Its supposed to be for people who hate cars. Why do you think they rate Toyota high? lol. Just kid. But they approach it in a practical way rather than a niche' performance way if that makes sense. CR has lost its credibility with me, at least with cars.

he rags on the practicality of the car but i have a gt lancer, practically the same in terms of space, boot, and extras and the car is great. definatley will ugrade to evo x enventually though, i love this car

The Tarmac/Gravel/Snow does NOT change the power split between the front and rear. It controls the delay between the lock and unlock of the center differential.

think of it like this, more torque per gr, and its bloodline isnt made up of highway cruiser. id prefer the 5 spd, especially as a road race set up. no 6th to 4th downshifts. really depends on driver style, andthe MR with the auto/stick , isnt not to bad ..
