Good for you. It's great to see someone doing something constructive - keep working on it. As your arrangements become more complex you will need to do more to each individual track for it to sit in the overall mix. You have many years ahead to explore what Logic can do for your talent, so keep going, learn, research, keep all options open, and never give up.

You may also want to upgrade to Logic8 - bigger sound set and everything is easily accessed in one window.

Good for you as well. It really does make a difference that everything can be accessed in one window instead of having windows disappear when you need them. Logic 7 was an excellent program but 8 is more than worth the 3 year wait.

i made the desk with my dad but the keyboard is a CME UF6. the speakers are yamaha hs50m's, the audio interface is a tapco usb.link and the mixer is a behringer eurorack. hope this helped.

Sure, the kid knows the basics, but there are some really advanced features in Logic which can be utilized. I'm sick of people using presets and reckoning that they are absolute genius's as a result of it. Music creation is a lot more complex than most might think, this is below beginners level of stuff. Hardly intelligence to use a few presets.

Have you used mastering fx in your final mix in the video? What software do you use to make video and what video format?

I used imovie and bounced the song from logic to itunes. then i sent the song to imovie.

Hey Audio what do you use to have sound come from the computer to your monitors? Do you use a mixer or something? I really want a setup like yours but I don't really know about what would be the best to do what

I use an audio interface (tapco link.usb) And a mixer.

The audiointerface connects to the mixer by jack plugs and the mixer connects to the monitors by XLR cables.

(but you could use jacks instead) thanks.
