Watch the initial GG screen the first time they show it.

To Idra it looks like all his drones have died, he assumes he can't make a recovery. However, MILLISECONDS after he leaves the game, about 25 drones who were all clumped up on gas flower out and reveal that they were alive in the first place! Poor bastard! 0:03

That cannot be the case. If you take a look at 2:19, you can see that IrdA intentionally moves all his drones onto his gas, which means he must have know that allmost all the drones were still alive.
