This project has it's tongue firmly in cheek, like almost everything Tim and Eric related... Sure they love all things cheesy and kitsch, but I'm sure this album wasn't created in a serious light...and I don't think anybody should be taking it that way.
its not like they are some popular band or anything. its just cause tim hiedicker is d list famous for his shows on adult swim. give me a break. 25 bucks??????????
oh and neil hamburger is opening??????? he isnt worth 5 cents .
@videoman83402 I paid $40 to see the tim and eric tour last year and it was one of the very best shows I've ever been to. I would probably pay $60 to see them again. You have no idea what you're missing.
nnnnnnhhhhhh is So right. And this song is on purpose what's that kid mean, Tim actually sings, and that other person probably can't take it serious cuz of how he knows Tim. It's a side we won't really see.
This song doesn't have such edited vocals that I'm sure a lot of people are used to nowadays. The fact that there are vocal flaws makes it sound better to me, as if it were more... Original? What's the word for it?
i love tim and eric, but this is what would happen if grandpa asked what is tim and eric, and i took it, grinded it in a meat grinder, and spoon fed it to him. And then grandpa would say it tastes like shit. Just babyshitmush.
@ama020202197 I think it IS serious. Everyone assumes this is a joke because Heidecker's a comedian, but if you listen to the whole album you start to realize there's a genuine affection for the AM Gold influences they're drawing from. Maybe there's a bit of an arched eyebrow to it, but it's definitely not simple parody like Puss Whip Bang Gang. I think Tim is making music he really enjoys. Sort of a pity the only people who will ever pay attention are Awesome Show fans who'll just laugh at it.
@emptyflagpole Well, "serious" is the wrong word, but I don't think its ironic. He's probably self-aware enough to realize this has got us all scratching our heads and going "is he for real?", which is comedic in an Andy Kaufman sort of way, but like Kaufman I think there's a genuine naivete at the heart of it. It's somewhere between genre exercise and affectionate send-up. I don't know if I like it, but I like that it's not just pandering to his established audience.
just bought, downloaded, and listened to the whole album. Tim and Davin awesome record great songs. My current favorite being right or wrong and how the ending sounds like a music festival.
I'm sorry, but Tim's voice is not magical....its actually flat in a lot of places on this song. The instrumentals are good, and I'm going to reserve my judgment until I hear the whole album, but as of now this project is questionable.

Tim's voice is magic that is brought to my ears and a ball of condensed magic heads straight to my heart, floating me up to the heavens. It is sad that I may only have this sample and not the entire album. The magic from the album would tear my soul from my heart, transforming into a bucket of water so that I may be thrown out to sea and be a part of something bigger than just a pond.
how is it that im 13 and i listen to this type to music?

@meandlucifer Not entirely. The lyrics are humorous, but the music is something they took very seriously because this is the music they listen to.
