I made Partner on January 2nd, 2012 but why cant I see the banner upload box??

the new home page. at 1st i did not like it. but then i look at careful. i like some of the new tool :P bate is not too bad. i just want thing for the old system to be on the new one...

Yeah but they took away our branding box as well as side box

their major plan for new channels was to get rid of autoplay.
