i taught myself to play this song, my piano teacher refused to teach it to me, so im like fine, i will teach it to myself, i only had a year of lessons, and that was when i was like 16 or something, i got to play it on a white baby grand piano at a hotel restaraunt (one of my dreams is to own a baby grand piano)

Sounds better when you take your rancid foot off of the pedal! Work on the flow of the overall piece. It must maintain the same speed from start to finish, also the force that you play each key with must be uniform. The piano is quite nice though. Yamaha?

I can play it. When I was classically trained, it was one of the first pieces I learnt. However, it could be regarded 'challenging' in some areas, for example, ensuring that the pitch is correct, tempo perfect, etc. Overall though, I once thought it was going to be extremely complex, but it is a delightfully simple composition :)

yeah it's really not hard; people who are 'classically trained,' as david here puts it, usually learn this song within a few years of starting to learn piano (if they start learning as children, that is. adults may take longer to learn).

I very much like your rendition of this piece.

Some pianists play the middle section too boisterously which I find harsh to listen to.

Hey dude, I love your dynamics- WAAY better than the last guy I just watched lol. I would love to give you a tip that my teacher taught me for this song though. At 2:41 where you are rising up the keys with your right hand, Try using thumb-index-middle finger to thumb-middle-pinky and then repeat every time, so you don't have to "Jump" across each chord, but rather use a "slide" style motion, making it very difficult as I could see. But other than that- just keep it up man- that was awesome.
