Just a headscratcher for me. The body vanishes, the car comes back, but somehow it's necessary to get the hitman to pick up the ghost of his dead daughter in order to bump him off? Surely he could have been magically transported to the trunk without this to-do? For such a slow build, it's a bewildering and disappointing pay off.

I like the tense, gritty crime drama elements that were folded in though, and the various ways the lead was kept isolated throughout , up until his ultimate isolation.

Het there fewdiodotcom, just wondering, as it sparked my curiosity, how did you film the scene in the boot where the hitman slowly drowns? The only source fo light in there is a lighter so it was obviously pitch black wherever you filmed it, I like how this effect works too as in too many horror films, clamped, closed in and dark spaces are always spoilt by too much lighting, such as the caves in the descent.

problem... all cars made beyond... 99 i think have an internal trunk release knob, that glows in the dark. even if you remove it, there's still a wire you can pull attached to the latch,  under the padding surounding the latch, on the inside, you can activate by pulling the padding away. if you're not tied up in a trunk, and you're alive, you should be able to let yourself out. If you completely fucked up the mechanism, the trunk wouldnt work at all.
