i think i know how you did that! you had a card with a little hole that had a queen of diamonds on its back. then you double lifted the queen of diamonds to make it look like a normal card, and then put the little angle on top of the hole on the queen of diamonds and kept it there. meanwhile you took out the actual queen of diamonds with a hole on it and showed it as a normal card! i'll look at mismag822's tutorial to see if i'm right.

My guess is that there was already a hole there, but there was a sicker on the card below making it look like there was no hole. Then you placed the sticker above that to make it look like it's a normal card. o.O Though, I don't want to give it away ;)
