I've had a scenario where that happened (with a Mushroom) and my run would have ended at around a 1:10.2xx (assuming I didn't mess up the sc).

The times (some of them anyway) are indeed possible, I'm not 100% writing them off but it's very very unlikely. Odds are, the 3 of them that remain hacked and Ninty is just being dumb about it...like they always seem to be.

Mushroom Theory only applies after 16th item box. There aren't that many in LC. If this were GBA BC3, you'd prolly be right but yea, not enough item boxes to do that.

OK, if any of those records stay there for a day, that means they arent hacked, if the are hack, they will be delted as soon as 30 mins after the hacked record was creat, lets see, that SDShortys might have not hacked, beacuse theres a possabilyty that he owns the American version , but the Jap wii, freeloader, and *666Hurushi might not have hacked ethier but it seems like the rest might had had

Only 3 of them remain right now. The 1st one is a 1:05 that's been sitting there for about 4 days and is obviously a hack.

The 2nd one....I sincerely doubt SD Shortys scenario is as it is ~_~

The last one uses Wiil....so, he hacked, lol. No offense to Wiiler's but there are only a very few who could pull that off and that random isn't one of them.

This competition is based on luck. Sometimes after the impact of the pow block, stars and mushrooms will appear on the circuit. With this you can get a better time.

Actually, the japanese player with wrl* as their name may be legit. Depends if they appear in any other ranking that isn't Japan's.

I almost had a 1:10.2xx run but my controller messed up and I lost the run (I was very pissed as you can imagine). Picked up a Mushroom on lap 3 on the floor.
