And he has a deep charming voice, as well as a majestic bearing. I confess, however, that his dry humor and chemistry skillness as poison master reminds me of Sherlock Holmes more, while the inner conflict and the domination of mind and emotions reminds me of Spock, the bravery reminds me both. In every way Alan Rickman is perfect in this role!

@64LI0479 Igor Kaarkaroff was a pure blood wizard, death eater and friend of Snape, after the downfall of Voldemort he was captured and imprisoned in Azkaban, but was pardoned in return for information provided to imprison his former comrades. He became headmaster of the Durmstrang institute (a magic school). He met again with Snape and Dumbledore for the triwizard tournment, and flew into panic when his dark mark began to burn (Voldemort's return). Snape's mark was burning too of course
