@JeahForLife 13 year old? and lean muscle as in lean body not buffed up like you're on steroids, but good shape? If that's what you're looking for try swimming. Trains 97% of your body muscles and you won't become buffed up just in your arms so your muscle growth is symmetrical. Best ever.
@619reggie I agree that it is unique but if you think about it this training develops a great vertical jump. Vertical jumping is highly related to starts, walls, and underwater dolphin kick. The weights are relevant to Ryan. The arm circuit is for his endurance during the IMs. All relevant to swimming. It is unique and we have fun with it! Thanks for the comment!
