You are not supposed to be hammering a remote like that, but you can if you want to destroy your remote. Your supposed to take apart the remote using screws and all that research of screws, do it nicely or the remote will be damaged easily. I guess that the hammering guy was soo addicted in hammering everything in my though. So, be careful when fixing or damaging something.
