In the scenes with this playing, I was unsure of who to route for. . .

Ai suffered at the hands of the villagers and is spending an eternity ferrying people as punishment...

Yet the Shibatas...or at least Hajime, were trying to save people from the burden they would put themselves on...

But...When Ai tried to make Tsugumi pull that thread...It was unforgiveable. No doubt.
