I remember this as I was supposed to be seeing them live on this date, but they genuinely had to cancel, I thought at the time this is brilliant and shows a degree of repect for the fans that few bands ever show

Yes, I remember this well with the presenter saying that Fish had lost his voice. I also remember him being graphically represented in Smash Hits as the tallest pop star round about the same time.
