I still can't get over that someone, anyone, that watched the Scarlet Version didn't notice that Stevie mounted and dismounted on the right side of the horse instead of the left side. I heard her do a commentary once saying how the horse hated her and how scared she was. That happens when you get on the horse the wrong way. At any rate, I love both videos. I'm just suprised no one that had anything to do with the video didn't say anything.

This is back in the '80s on her Bella Donna CD.

There are two videos, one called the Scarlet Version, that according to Stevie the horse hated her, but she mounted and dismounted on the right side of the horse, so she did another. It was great. Lot's of dancing. worth it, but I still the Scarlet Version, each to their own.

Actually, she was on coke at this time but why does it even matter now? It's the music that we love, not her drug habits. She's said that this was the last time she did coke on stage. Have you heard the original recording of the Red Rocks show? It's clearly a RAL show with wild ad-libs, not the slower paced klonopin concerts.

one of her greatest live performances & what a beautiful location to hold a gig & great sound echoes from the mountains. luv the drum percussions & keyboards. really funky. always loved this song.

stevie allowed no closeups during this filming, but stayed behind to add in cosmetic closeups. but love it anyway. xx

Wow! I couldn't see much of Stevie on her own concert. All those drugs back then really took an effect on her. She was stummbling the whole entire time. I still love her music though, except it's not the same without Lindsey.

WOW. That is really sad. I've owned this video for years and I've NEVER seen the part at the end where Waddy and the back up girls have to point to her which way to go and she smiles like "yeah, I'm high". I love Stevie Nicks. She is THE QUEEN! By the way, look at the African American back up singer, Elicia Wright...didn't know Tina Turner was in Stevie's band!

Actually the next night, Stevie played Long Beach, CA because she was joined by Don Henley according to offical tour archives. It was at the end of this tour that she went to rehab immediately. Her coke addiction had become so bad during the middle of the tour that they dropped the opening number, "Gold Dust Woman" for "Outside The Rain/Dreams"

This has always been my favorite Stevie performance. I bought the original un-edited cd of the show but it's not the video. The cool thing is even though the close-ups were all redone her vocals were pretty much untouched, she actually made all those Stevie sounds live-amazing. I'd love to see the original shots of her before the bad editing. I also love at the end when she walks inthe wrong direction and Waddy points to where she is supposed to go. Stevie is the Queen of Rock.
