Though I agree with what you're saying, comedy is, to some people, a way of dealing with uncomfortable situations. Also - it's the internet and people think they can get away with saying sick stupid shit.
Other family members have stated that the kids had been left alone before and nothing bad ever happened.... why did they think that was OK? Those poor babies... I'm so sorry they went through that. This isn't about race, though the media made it that way by focusing more on the aunt than the children, it's about innocent babies being neglected and dying as a result of it. And about the community who knew there was a history of them being left alone, yet did nothing to remedy that.
I've lost a child as well, and there is nothing funny about this story. And I believe the aunt is mentally ill, however if she is well enough to be living in society, apply for benefits, dress herself, shop, feed herself, etc..., she is capable of knowing right from wrong. However, she was arrested for an outstanding warrant, which she knew she had, yet allowed herself to be on TV, so she obviously was not thinking clearly.
Until you admit it to yourself, you can't really discuss it with the rest of us who can see it clearly.
The reaction I had, as many, was that it had me wrapped up emotionally in the tragedy while the people involved do not appear to really give a shit. Auntie at the end was just the icing on a big black cake of shame.
Anyone making excuses for her or the other apathetic neighbors only makes it look worse (if that could be possible).
ok i am not meaning it is a matter race i just wish it would have be handle better. I have lost a child so i know this is a hard thing to deal with and if you have kids i dont ever want you or anyone to ever lose a child worst pain in the world. But puttimg the aunt up there pissed me off because it is still people that stupid in the world and the new let it been seen. but thanks for watching my video
Government entitlements ruin communities. Do you think families have gotten stronger since FDR or Lyndon Johnson and "the great society". It's not a race thing either. Community decay is evident wherever government plays the role of provider. Look at West Virginia, most it's citizens are on some form of subsidy, and families there are just as broken up as those in urban areas. Just a sad state of affairs.
You are exactly right, theese stupid motherfuckers have made something out of nothing. If you actually look at that video, you can she that she was kinda laughing. meaning it was edited as you can see but they tricked her by maybe trying to cheer her up but they ate her up at the same time. The media did that to her. people dont even think that thats what really happens, meaning, people always laugh and crack jokes at their loved ones funeral. thats just how she was able to cope.
I think you could have articulated yourself a little better.
