I don't remember that day, but I remember that week because that week I also wiped out on my bicycle and needed a bunch of stitches in my arm(My Philadelphia Eagles watch embedded in my wrist) so I always associated Macintosh with that accident. :D I was 14 years old. Good times. Happy birthday!

May i ask you silly question? If this has only one floppy drive, which you use to load OS, how can you get data from it?

@TheFaveteLinguis It may be hard to believe, but at that point in time, the OS was loaded completely into RAM (memory). You would put in the data disk when it was needed and swap it out with the OS or application disk if needed.

Look up the computer demo Douglas Engelbart did in 1968. The live demonstration in 1968 featured the introduction of the computer mouse, video conferencing, teleconferencing, hypertext, word processing, hypermedia, object addressing and dynamic file linking!

However Steve Jobs was a genius and a legend.
