I dropped off roof barefoot. i kinda panicked because of all the smoke filled in my room and my uncle died in a fire from smoke inhalation bout 3 years ago. after all my pets were out the firefighters brought me out the clothes and hat i was wearing bc it was cold outside and i only had my boxers on. And then i asked a fireman to get my video camera. i thought he would say no, but he went and got it!

Boldly, I can kind of understand what you are going thru as we had family whose house completely burned down and they had to live with us. It is hard but you can make it through, and obviously the most important part is that you and everybody else survived. Did you find your cats?

I really hope dad gets the help he needs. This is unbelievable. I hope ur feeling better that bruise looks pretty bad. If you need assistance def talk to the red cross. They are a great organization. They really should just bulldoze that house. It's too old.

@kwrwade Im in the motel right now with my laptop thank God they got internet access, lol, im bout to soak in hot water in the tub, my neck back and leg is still sore. Im not limping as much as i was yesterday.

John, My heart totally goes out to you man. And I really mean it. They talked about the American Red Cross. On August 24th at approximately 5:00 am when I was living in southern Miami, Hurricane Andrew, a category 5 hurricane, hit, and it hit hard. I lived on the second floor of an apartment building. When all was said and done, I awoke to a pile a rubble and debris, laying in my bathtub, which was now on the ground level. Red Cross SO VERY MUCH helped me. Good luck. Your friend, John...
