  • Did you buy your blank? If so what brand and where? Also does it matter what blank you use wether you decide to use polyester or epoxy?

  • so on the other side do you leave exess on the sides and fold it over the same way?

  • Do you glass the botom the same way you do the top?

  • helpfull vid! thanks

  • Why can't you use a spatula ? you say something about it but I couldn't hear...

  • @F3FisGoodforYou You could get away with a spatula, but you aren't pushing excessive amounts of resin around, so some fibreglass strands may get caught and pull. Have a go, just take it slowly.

  • Good questions asked during the vid. Wish they finished tucking the laps

  • It's very important to wear a respirator when working with epoxy. Epoxy is a "Sensetizer" meaning that exposure to it WILL cause your body to become allergic to it, resulting in rashes and respiratory problems anytime you're in proximity to it once you've been sensetized to it. Skin exposure carries the same threat, so wear gloves AND long sleeves, or long gloves when working with it. These men are fools for not doing so.

  • how do you get the difforent color tones on the board with out it going on other colors?

  • the colour is already on the board, hes just painting the fiberglass sheet onto the board, it's fascinating =D

  • cant even remember my msg

  • wich brand is the best if you want to buy a surfboard

  • the best board fits how you ride, doesn't matter what brand as long as it fits your style. Having different size/shape boards will help you learn different styles.

  • thats fantastic

  • that's toxic dude

  • I about to do my 1st epoxy board (fish), i was thinking of using acrylic spray from cans and do a red/white/blue flag pattern on the bottom, and paint the stars on the hot coat.

do you see any probs with the lamination

  • I assume that you painted the foam, what paints did you use? Looks great.

    Doc
