Yeah, shows like this always had great animation in the opening and then the show itself was all cut n paste

@trevorrobertporter almost all intros to animated shows int he 80's were done in japan, but the animation int he actual showas 90 percent of the time done in america and the animators couldnt take as much time to do the animation properly so the production values suffered.

Truly some really clean animation! I miss these days. Everything is all shortcuts and copycat anime nowadays.

What's funny is a huge chunk of the animation was done by a Japanese animation studio TMS, who worked on other US shows like Galaxy Rangers.

This is just an example of how co-produced cartoon by different studios turn out so great.

@LibraryLies This is just the intro. The actual episode content has lesser animation, often stiff people with flapping mouths. This was the norm in those days.
