  • I NEED HELP , if i am afraid of heights, im not too severe with it but i need to know please!!!!!!! if this will affect me or even fail me into getting into the forces

  • @EliT3man call the recruitment center or send them an email. They can tell you what you can expect in order to accomplish training. forces.ca

  • Im starting BMQ tomorrow, thanks for the videos!

  • Thank you for uploading this series, CanadianArmyNews. It was excellent.

  • I wanna practice medecine through the military...how do I go about it? Do i need to be in Med school to be able to apply or can I apply for the forces then apply for med school?

  • so for infantry. like touring afghanistan or disaster relief ect .. you can apply with a grade 10?

  • @appolosungod1

    You also must:

    * be a Canadian citizen.

    * be at least 17 years old (16 years old to apply to the Reserves, with parents’ permission).

    * meet the minimum educational requirement for your occupation of choice. Have a minimum grade 10 or Secondary III (Quebec) education for combat arms occupations up to a university degree for Direct Entry officer plan.

    * meet all medical and enrollment standards.

    * successfully complete the pre-enrollment aptitude test.

  • this made me think possitive, watched all the the videos, now im gonna work hard in school and join the canadian forces. im 17. hopefully ill join at 18

  • Were do many of the recruits go after basic? ive heard about 2nd language training and other courses related to which force they chose?

  • @gareth7blogs If you complete BMQ, you must then complete environmental training. If you have selected an Army occupation, you will go to a Military Training Centre for the 10-week Soldier Qualification (SQ) course. There are several training centres across the country. Where you conduct the SQ will likely depend on where you will conduct occupation training. The course length depends on your occupation choice.

  • 0:31 this guy is a true army men

  • This should be the recruiting video used by the recruiters. It's much more realistic and accurate then the sugar coated , "anyone can do it" talk out there.

  • I will be joining cadets this year and next year I will be joining reserves.

I hope to join regular force infantry when I graduate high school.

I have been working out for a year and will do so for another 3 years.

I know I will love army life.

  • lol funny he started yesterday

  • what happens to them now? do they stay at a millitary place or do they go on with their lives and then when the millitary needs them they go back in to action?

    i dont realy get it?

  • @MapleSatire They go on to their respective training, in their respective elements (Army, Air, Navy) all over the country, they no longer need to stay at the school

  • Very inspirational series. Im 32 and will be applying in October to give me a couple more months to get in shape.
