Ok , I have ALL the Alice books (and I'm reading Alice in april at the moment) but when I saw that this movie had alyson stoner and Lucas gabrell in it...I felt crushed...mostly because Alice is my favorite book series and I hate new disney actors DX I'll watch this movie later though...But what I can tell by the trailer , it isn't worth it...(No offence to anyone who ikes the movie though. ^^;)

I am a HUGE fan of the Alice series and have always been since I was around nine. First off, Alice CAN NOT SING. Even if it's just a daydream, it's stupid to include that. I saw this movie and it is all cliche Disney stuff. The actual Alice series are brilliant. Read the books, do not watch the movie!

For all of you that worship the book just 1 thing, this is what creative interpretation actually is ...well not really but that's beside the point,.. what I ment to say is that book realy doasn't have to have much with the film, movie is seperate from it , as it should be, now while you might have expectet it to be more like the book, it realy is not the first time that book was used like an idea or just a guideline for a movie like a diferent interpretation of the same storry.

ugh this disgusts me. the first two things you learn about alice in the books is that her mom died when she was little and she can't sing! and in this movie she's like starring in a musical or something? wat the heck? plus theres that thing with ms. plotkin. alice was mean 2 ms. plotkin not the other way around! and ms. plotkin was always nice and alice ended up loving her. i know that they have to change things sometimes from movies to books but this changed the whole plot! pl
