The computer itself won't get slow in general. In-game it might, depending on your rig and how picky you are on graphics quality. The latest patches enables options that wasn't available when it first was released, so I get better fps now than I did when it first came to PC.

He was standing in the bottom of some stairs, I only noticed him the last few seconds as I was driving in reverse down the stairs to get away from the cops. I thought he would move, but instead I ran over him with the car, and he fell forward into the trunk.

I was jammed between two cop cars, so I had to reverse down some stairs in a park area or something, and in the bottom of the stairs stood the cop, I thought he would move - but he didn't - so when I crashed into him, he fell into the back.. :P
