Alduin didnt attack helgen.

During the main quest when u find the leader of the blades *spoilers* u encounter a dragon Bein resurrected. Flying above this dragon is the dragon that attacked helgen.

I only remember this vaguely...

And also when you first encounter Alduin he says "so we finally meet"

First,the only dragon who can ressurect dragons is ALDUIN,And Alduin was ressurecteing that dragon of yours.

Second,When Alduin attacked you at Helgen,he didn't know that you are Dovahkiin,he probably didn't even know you've existed.So,when you run at him,in at the Troath of the world,he doesn't remember you as a prisoner,but he sees you as a Dovahkiin.
