@colenbrak Very simple - and I detected it right away. When the needle hits the vinyl the sound is completely unique. Every snap crackle and pop is special to the *exact* individual record being played. This sound is not even close to what it would be live but even I could hear the distinct nuances. An exact digital replica will always be inferior to the unique sound being created. Don't even get me started on what happens when 250+ ppl all jump at the same time to the beat :)
