I meant by...I didn`t follow your video`s instructions. I got it as part of my computer`s update, followed its directions and when I tried to get on to IE after restarting my compter, it won`t activate! I had to use my Wii`s internet to do this!

Hmmm... When you said it didn't "active," I'm assuming you mean it didn't open?

When you right click the IE8 icon on your desktop and hit "properties," what does it say under "target:"?
