Calling herself Lady is no different from having a title of Mrs. which means you are married & Ms. means your single....Now LADY mean: a woman who behaves very politely and with dignity....shall I go on: a woman of refined family background or upbringing Shall I go on: used as a form of address for the wife of a viscount, earl, marquess, baron, baronet, or knight.
