Xiah has a dolphin voice, its kind of rare among grown men i think, anything C6 on the piano and above is considered a dolphin note, and i think he went to A6, though anything in this range is usually not suitable for singing. As a comparison, Vitas can hit E6, but a very powerful one.

Yunho as the bass of the group surprised me.

Max has a very high/the highest real/chest voice in the group, but not sure if his falsetto is much beyond that.

Micky's voice was never really high, though his falsetto in Love in the Ice and Bolero have been quite powerful.

Jaejoong can definitely hit at least as high as Yunho in falsetto, just listen to the end of Tonight, he hits a B5 with a smooth singing voice, I'm guessing he can go at least a few more, since his voice is really well structured.
