It's not the spring reverb I'm hearing. I wonder if that swirl of sound following the echoes can be dialed out. It is heard most clearly from 0.55 - 1:10.
@jetmarshall Sounds to me like it's just got a long decay time dialed in, is all. That can certainly be dialed back for a more traditional repeat. But uh, this demo is called "Floating Echoes" after all. ;)
Just ordered this pedal, can't wait to get it in. Just starting my rig, but I also just bought the EH POG2. As soon as the bluSky from Strymon becomes available I should be sinking in sonic vortex of ambience. All on a Lyt pedalboard.
I've just bought a brigadier and wow it's amazing, but I'm thinking of getting this one too for the ultimate dual delay, if I had them both seriously I'd never need another delay again, my idea is to use this one for longer repeats and the brigadier for short to medium repeats
@btyremanable haha, yeah right :-) there's no way anyone could ever get "enough" of having more delay pedals ... behold for hundreds of greater pedals in the future .. cheers!
@btyremanable This one puts the brigadier to shame , personally i think they should stop making the brigadier and just make this one instead , but what do i know .
@TheSAJ11 This effect produces a sound and the brigadier is an extremely clean echo. The possibilities are very different and it depends on what you want and what you like, and not what's best. When it comes to theese two pedals. Cause they're the top :P
@cosmogang Silly talk ! , this is a personal opinion which i am entitled to , no grudge against anyone , just my experience with skreddy pedals , had almost all of them in which none are worth the wait , Simple as that .
@cosmogang Sounds like a solid rig! Do you still have the HOG? My friend has one and it makes me melt every time we jam together.. I'm planning to make a small pedalboard for easy transportation, PitchBlack-(Keeley Comp)-Fluid-FETTO-El Capistan-WET. And then another larger board with my TimeLine that will be connected after the smaller board for shows and recording. I'm broke ATM though, so for the mean time I'll enjoy rig planning;)
@Ignitionator Yeah, I was able to get one from the first batch in Japan! Looks like the Japanese shops still have some left. Maybe because they aren't too many people checking TGP..;)

Its crazy what something like this can do to music. Imagine this played with it bypassed. I dont think I would ever turn it off.
