  • People in this video are second and third generation Saints Fans, born with "fleur de lis" booties on their feet. The man in the photo died wanting a championship for his team. After a lot of laughter, tears and broken televisions, we had this day. We love our black and gold. And as far as Hurricane Katrina, you have to experience that degree of loss to understand. I hope you never understand.

  • @stacietobrien Third generation Saints fan here. I never had that feeling that you all went through during the bad times (especially before 2006). I wasn't born in Louisiana (my dad was, but we are military, so we moved a bit). I remember seeing the aftermath of Katrina though. The houses with X symbols on them, the waterlines, homes rocked from their foundations. I remember watching this with my dad though. It took me a few seconds for it to register in my mind. Thanks for your experience, man.
