when you listen very carefully, you will note that the fighterplane was on a training mission, & so it didnt take very long to arrive at all...

& the transmitter wasnt turned off, which was the case on 9/11, the terrorists turned off the transmitters of these airliners,

which made the planes invinsible on radar...

ALL this video proves, is that airplanes can practically cross the nation before a jet intercept gets to them. The NORAD system did NOT automatically shoot down this airplane, anymore than it was supposed to automatically shot down the WTC jets, or the Pentagon attacks.

@jimbojamesIV You are wrong. The F-16's didn't intercept until long after the Lear deviated from it's assigned course. When it kept flying straight when it was supposed to turn left, that's when ATC notified NORAD. This all occurred after the jet was out of Florida airspace.

I met Payne at Gleneagles in scotland in 1993 when he played the scottish open. He was wearing a Chicago cubs outfit at the time and i can say that he was a real gentleman and i cherish getting his autograph! I was only a teenager at the time but remember him well and who could ever forget what he did at the ryder cup in 1999 when he halved his game with monty when leading and would have probably won his game if it had not been for the antics of the american team! SAYS IT ALL ABOUT THE MAN!!!
